Our groups and events offer you the opportunity to meet others in a similar situation, find information and have some time for yourself. We also offer the opportunity to book face-to-face appointments at our Carer Hub where you can meet one of our Support Workers and discuss any concerns you may have.
Carers in Luton
Our Community Hubs are friendly, informal get-togethers, sometimes with a guest speaker, where you can chat to others about your caring role, and give each other support. Our Carer Support Workers are on hand to listen, give guidance and signpost you to the most appropriate support.
